How do I return an item?
You can always return your purchage, because we all can change our minds.
The return of an article has to be made by postal mail.

The article must present the corresponding receipt. Items must be in their original condition.
Syrah.online will only support the return cost in case of item defect or incorrect sent. Syrah.online is not responsible in case of loss.
How do I exchange an item?
You can exchange an article by postal mail or in our Showrrom .

How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will get in contact so we can see the refund way that suits you the most.
Purchase cancelations can be done within 14 days after the order arrival, without the need for indicating a motive for the decision. The easiest way to do this is via e-mail to info@syrah.online
The items should be shipped back within 30 days after the order arrives at the client’s address. For returns, all the shipping costs are covered by the client.
